Morley Koffman was a founding partner of the firm. He left a legacy of leading by example, demonstrating daily what it takes to achieve excellence as a lawyer and as a contributing member of society.

Morley’s personal character and professionalism continues to influence the firm’s identity. His unmatched intellect, compassion, reasoned approach, and captivating style were always on display; from his call to the bar in 1953 to his last day in the office. He achieved greatness as a commercial lawyer, representing major clients in many of the most significant transactions locally, Provincially, nationally, and beyond. Yet he was always understated.

A valued partner, friend, mentor, and confidant, Morley made time for everyone. The respect he showed to each person who worked at the firm became, and continues to be, a hallmark of the firm’s identity.
