PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Yuhan works with our Tax/Trusts team. Her practice focuses on tax planning for business owners and closely-held corporations, including structuring new businesses, planning and implementing tax-driven corporate reorganizations, designing estate plans and setting up trust arrangements tailored to clients’ specific needs. She also has experience assisting clients on general corporate commercial and real estate matters, including the purchase and sale of businesses and real estate property.
Yuhan has been awarded a Certificate of Achievement for completing the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course.
