Sunjeet acts for clients as a member of the Commercial Real Estate & Development team. She brings a practical and business-oriented approach to her clients’ matters, while understanding their goals and needs in the ever-evolving realm of commercial real estate and development.
Sunjeet works with a variety of clients, including entrepreneurs, corporations, developers, vendors, purchasers. She has experience advising clients on a variety of real estate matters, including:
Acquisition and disposition of real estate assets
Negotiation and preparation of purchase and sale agreements
Re-zoning, subdivision, development and permitting matters
Disclosure statements and marketing matters for commercial, residential and mixed-use developments

Sunjeet had advised on or been in involved in a number of significant commercial real estate matters around the Lower Mainland, including:
400+ unit mixed-use development project in Burnaby, B.C.;
multiple townhouse and high-rise development projects in Vancouver, Burnaby, North Vancouver, and Richmond, B.C.; and
10 story wood-frame commercial building in Vancouver, B.C.
