PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Robert is a member of the Lending/Insolvency team. He advises clients and assists senior counsel on a variety of matters related to these practice areas.
Robert completed his articles at Koffman Kalef in August of 2012. Prior to pursuing a legal career, Robert worked in commercial lending at a Canadian chartered bank.
Robert advises Canadian chartered banks, financial institutions, private corporations, private lenders, and borrowers with the following:
Structuring and documenting of credit facilities
Secured transactions
Reviewing and negotiating security documentation
