PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Rhea is a member of our Corporate/Commercial and Commercial Real Estate & Development teams. She advises clients on a wide variety of commercial business and commercial real estate matters, including business acquisitions and sales, commercial real estate transactions, financing matters, formation of corporations and partnerships, and leasing transactions. She has broad experience negotiating, drafting and advising on a variety of commercial agreements, including shareholder agreements, purchase and sale agreements, limited partnership agreements, co-ownership agreements, lease agreements, service agreements, employment agreements, license agreements and confidentiality agreements.
