Professional Experience
Corey represents and advises clients as a part of the Corporate/Commercial and Commercial Real Estate & Development teams.
Corey advises private companies and individuals on a range of legal matters including asset and share transactions, financings, partnership/shareholder/joint venture agreements, distribution and licensing agreements, employment agreements, reorganizations, general corporate matters, as well as day-to-day commercial matters. She has experience in all aspects of commercial transactions from due diligence to closing, including drafting and negotiating material agreements and related transactional documents. Corey’s practice also includes advising on commercial real estate matters, with a focus on commercial leasing.
Corey draws on her broad practice experience and her commercial awareness to provide to clients practical and effective advice to achieve their business objectives.
