Andrea advises clients as a member of the Commercial Real Estate & Development team. She has broad corporate and commercial experience allowing her to provide advice and assistance to clients in a variety of different areas. Andrea enjoys the practical challenges of negotiating and settling commercial real estate transactions, whether they are routine or complex.
Andrea works with purchasers and sellers of real property, commercial landlords and tenants, developers, and property managers. She advises clients on matters such as:
General commercial real estate transactions
Commercial leasing, including negotiating, drafting, and settling leases of behalf of landlords and tenants for industrial, office, and retail uses
Real estate ownership structures and agreements
Co-ownership
Limited partnerships
Development / property management
Acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties
