PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Adam represents and advises clients as a member of the Commercial Real Estate & Development and Corporate/Commercial teams. He works with clients to identify and implement practical, business-oriented solutions to achieve their objectives.
Adam’s practice involves advising clients on a wide range of real estate matters, involving the acquisition, financing, leasing, development and sale of commercial, industrial and residential properties. He also has extensive experience preparing disclosure statements for commercial, residential, mixed-use and phased developments. In addition to his real estate practice, Adam advises clients on various corporate and commercial matters including business purchase and sale transactions (asset and share), corporate and limited partnership formations, reorganizations and restructuring of private companies and partnerships.
Adam is active in Vancouver’s real estate community and volunteers his time as a member of the Developing Leaders Committee for the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. Prior to joining Koffman Kalef LLP, Adam was an associate in the Vancouver office of a leading national law firm.
Adam’s broad practice has given him a wide range of experience to draw from when finding comprehensive and intelligent solutions for clients on matters that engage diverse areas of law and business. His reliable and detail-oriented approach allows him to understand and achieve clients’ goals through dependable and cost-effective solutions.
Adam remains current by regularly attending industry events and conferences organized by NAIOP, ICSC, UDI, and CLEBC.
