Stan represented the Canadian and Korean developers in connection with their acquisition, joint venture structuring, financing, development and sale of units in The Crystal, Burnaby Metrotown, an airspace title development, comprising a residential high rise tower, townhouses, retail and office strata lots, hotel and community building, having an aggregate value in excess of $250 million dollars.
