| Professional Experience: |
Erin’s practice is focussed primarily on commercial real estate and development matters. Erin represents clients in all aspects of real estate transactions and activities such as: acquisitions and disposition of real property assets including office, retail, industrial, recreational, hotel and development properties; leasing transactions on behalf of both landlords and tenants; the creation and implementation of real estate ownership structures including joint ventures, co-ownership agreements, partnership and shareholder arrangements; and real estate development matters including, site assembly, air space parcels, subdivision and servicing requirements and the preparation of Disclosure Statements. Erin also practices in the area of secured financing and banking.
Erin is a member of the Real Property, Municipal and Business Law Subsections of the Canadian Bar Association and is also a member of the Vancouver Bar Association. Erin is a regular contributor to the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia’s publication on Commercial Leasing.
