Professional Experience: 

Jasmin’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and dispute resolution.  She represents and advises primarily business clients in claims and lawsuits involving varied contract disputes including contracts for the purchase and sale of real property, shares and assets, exclusive use and non-competition agreements and other restrictive covenants, construction contracts, debt instruments, commercial leases and employment contracts.  She also acts as counsel in shareholder and partnership disputes, claims of fraud and breach of fiduciary duties and various corporate matters. 

Jasmin has appeared as counsel before both the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal of British Columbia as well as in arbitrations.  In addition, she has successfully assisted her clients achieve resolution of their disputes through negotiation and other formal methods of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation.
